I took my girls with me so we could all get haircuts. This is a very friendly salon with a great staff and excellent customer service. My stylist was Jay and he was wonderful. He knew how to cut my curly hair. I cut 5 inches off and was a little nervous but he put me at ease. My other daughters also loved their haircuts too.

I'm disappointed. I was already nervous about getting my haircut because it is already shorter then I wanted. I was very specific about want I wanted and want I did not want. Long story short. I got exactly what I did not want and was charged $80 for a cut I could have gotten at Supercuts for $20. Now I have to fork out money at another salon to have it fixed.

I believe this salon is now named elan salon but I was so excited to get my hair done with Veronica ig:lovexglmar, I Have a newborn baby and wanted to get my hair done before I went back to work later this month. I saw that she did really nice hair, I made an appointment with her and sent her a $260 deposit. My appointment was just a few days away when she messaged me letting me know that the salon was going to be closed on Saturday, it was fine, things come up, so we rescheduled to Friday . The day came and I drove 40 minutes and I let her know I would be 10 minutes late because of traffic, she told me she couldnt take me anymore because she was too busy with other clients. It made no sense to me that she would even book me if she was that busy. I asked for my money back and she said it was non refundable. At this point I was just so disappointed, I decided to drive to the salon since I was almost there and asked for my money back in person , she was so rude, she even blocked me on Instagram.
