i went to the hamburg pa location to have a full hair color of much lighter blonde. i asked the price and was told $150. when the stylist did my hair she only did half my hair, i have a lot of grays at roots and asked her about it. She told me the blonde would hide the grays. In the salon it looked pretty good but when i got home my hisband asked if i got my hair done since he could see a lot of grays and i looked myself and saw it also and looks more like my hair was highlighted instead of full color that i wanted. I am SO UPSET WITH PAYING $150 AND STILL SEEING LOTS OF GRAYS AND MY OLD HAIRCOLOR. I will never recommend this place.
They were so nice and helpful, they know what they are doing! definitely switching salons!
Just wanted to leave a review , and to tell everyone what a great salon this is. Besides the stylists being very experienced, the salon atmosphere is nice and clean shop. Don't always find this in a salon. The prices are great!!!!
Julia was my stylist, and she did a fantastic job! I needed a haircut, and I asked for a short hairstyle that looks good without extra care and feels comfortable (not in my face or neck). I love how she shaped my hair; other people praised it, also. In addition, her personality is very pleasant, and I enjoyed talking with her. I also liked the salon; people are friendly, making an appointment is quick and smooth, the salon is clean, and the parking lot is safe and spacious. And again, thank you, Julia, for the awesome job!
It was an unfortunate experience. I posted all about it on a Google review. Kathy Beehan responded to my Google review and asked me to give her my number. I responded to her email asking for good times to call me. I gave her 2 times that would work for me the next day. She never called. I emailed her again and she said she lost her voice and could not talk. She said she would call when her voice came back. I received an email from her eventually stating she tried to call me but my voice mail was full. Since this was not the case I verified my cell phone number and asked her for her number so I could call her directly. Weeks have passed, and she has NOT responded to the email nor has she called me. I know difficult conversations are hard to have. It's also necessary to have them. The haircut was so upsetting. I even emailed her pictures of what I got. I do NOT recommend this salon to any woman.
