Completely forgot about my appointment so I arrived and waited while no one showed up. Extremely unprofessional do not go here

I received a facial today from Carina. She is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend her and will be back. Thank you so much for treating me well. From one mom to another! Enjoy that beautiful little boy! :)

I'm disappointed after seeing Bernadette for a few years now. She doesn't have time to book me an appointment with her. Every time I tried to make an appointment she didn't have availability for two months. I tried her two months later and yet again no appointments available. I was starting to believe she no longer wanted to take me but with no reason? She tried to pass me to some hair dresser that looked sloppy and with frizzy hair. So everyone that has 200 clients can't take someone that pulled for her when money was tight and salons weren't opened I tipped her more. I feel I don't matter to her. I wanted to be sarcastic and say you're not that great but looking for a new hair stylist can be difficult to find. I don't like that she disregarded me and wanted to pass me to someone else. When I asked for a simple favor that would take five minutes of her time she rejected me. I pulled her up when she was down, in her difficult times during COVID-19 and now she won't service my hair. My hair looks terrible just waiting for a yes not even a cancelled appointment does she even try to contact me knowing I take pride in my looks and my hair. I wish her the best but there's no excuse for blowing off your established clients. Not cool boo!

I have been going to Kathy at the Haute Spa for several years. She is the best stylist I have every gone to. I am always thrilled with the results. I have had her do Brazilian Blow Outs, color, highlights and cuts. Not only is she a great stylist but she is also very welcoming and friendly. In addition, she is also honest and upfront about what needs to be done. I can always count on her to keep me up to date with my hair. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

I went to Haute Spa Salon and Kathy was the stylist I saw. I asked for some highlights and lowlights and even showed a picture of what I wanted so there was no confusion. Kathy will act like she knows what she is doing but unfortunately for me I left my appointment with my hair looking like a patchwork quilt done by a toddler!When I asked it to be fixed she actually made it worse; because she doesn't know what she is doing! And forget about trying to get a refund for the service you did not receive but paid for! And to the Asian/pacific Islander lady that came in during my appointment, for this same incompetent stylist to fix a mistake she made with your hair too, Kathy said that she can't stand you and that you are irritating! Soooo people do yourself a favor and steer clear of Haute Spa Salon and Kathy Watts! She is an incompetent hair stylist and likes to bad mouth her paying clientele!
