I'm a little weird going to hair salons, a lot of trust issues with that.. but I needed a hair cut badly.. so I just said eff it.. set up an appointment here.. Brianna cut my hair and she did a fantastic job everything I wanted done. Not too much, not too little.. just perfect. Thank you times a million

I have been going to Meg at Hair Cuttery for more than 25 years. I have followed her to 3 different Hair Cuttery locations as she has progressed through her career as a manager. It is so important to me that my hair cut and coloring is natural looking and professionally done. I have received so many compliments over the years that I would never go to anyone else. Not only is Meg an expert in hair styling and care, but she is a friend and the nicest person on the planet!

WORST PLACE EVER! don't even waste your time, came here on christmas eve to get my hair colored. there was a promotion going on with 50% color that INCLUDES blowdry and cut. before we got started, the hair stylist told me that the price was going to be $73.50 which i was completely fine with! coming to pay, the manager (blonde lady with a short cut) really disrespectful and rude came up to me and the hair stylist wondering why she was only charging me $73.50, the hair stylist explained it to her. and then, the manager gets very nasty screaming that the promotion did not come with a cut when clearly the sign outside says it includes a cut and blowdry, i had to bring the manager outside to even show her then she tried overlooking the word "cut" on the sign. she basically made me look crazy! & i will upload a picture where it says CUT is included. so the manager charged me for the cut and whatever more expenses that i was NOT told from the hair stylist. i ended up paying $112. i actually liked the hair stylist she did wonderful. this is about the rude disrespectful nasty manager they got in there! then after all this nonsense, she put her hand in my mother's face and started to argue with the both of us!! everyone was looking at her like she was insane. it was so sad, please don't waste your time here. this manager needs to be fired then maybe i'll go back. i will be contacting cooperate as well.

Took me a while write this review I generally don't waste time in negativity, however I was VERY dissatisfied. I did not tell the operator that I am a hairdresser. I have long hair and only wanted a wash and blow dry. My hair is fragile/wavy and normally blows out very nicely. First, she scrubbed it very roughly. She used a product so it will dry quickly (I was done in like 10 minutes)and I left with slightly frizzy hair. Dryer must've been extremely hot because my hair was damaged and I still can't get a nice smooth blowout and it's been a couple of months. I don't remember her name. Young blond on the right side of salon, Kim maybe. Hair abuse. What are they teaching hair stylists nowadays???

I've been there one time a few years ago and I liked the way the young girl in there did my hair. This time when I went back after looking up at my hair she said she has to charge me $10 extra because my hair is natural. I said really? She said yes we charge $10 extra for natural hair. My question is why though. Just because my hair is curlier than most of clients and takes a little more time you have to charge more? It's not like my hair is super long. It's just natural. I felt that she was discriminating against me. If someone were to come in with their "natural" hair and it was straight would it still be an extra $10. I don't think so. But whatever. I just won't be back there or any other Hair Cuttery. Not like they care.
