Golden Spa Nails in Manchester Township, NJ

An amazing place. I've been living here now for four months and been to four different places. This is by far the best place I've been to in many years they really know what they're doing their attention to detail is amazing. I haven't had a leg massage or hot towels, or any other massages on my hands or any of the other amenities that are offered here at a very reasonable price much more reasonable than the other four places but you're absolutely a nightmare horrible, this place was clean the people and it was so friendly and welcoming, beautifully decorated all the amenities you could possibly think of at a very reasonable price. I highly highly recommend this as being the best place in the area by far go check it out.

If there was a zero I would give it! Biggest rip off ever I am a long time customer and I needed a quick gel polish change om my toes Asked the girl at counter how much she said $12. I went to appointment. Total beginning to end 10 minutes. Changed polish. No water, no file nothing like I needed. I go up to pay $25 . I spoke with owner he claimed because it was gel. I will never go back. Nor do i recommend. Seniors beware!

hopefully this is the LA perfection in the shop rite plaza in manchester- last week i called to make an appointment for a gel POLISH manicure and regular pedicure- i mentioned that it was my first time coming and asked for a good technician. technician does my pedicure first. then on to my nails- i showed her a picture of what i wanted9 simple french manicure but using a pink and a blue- omg what a horrible messy unprofessional job- my pedicure too--Messy. well i did say something and a guy comes over and starts to remove it- sends me back to pedicure to have another technician do it- she starts and then a guy comes to finish- he too did a horrible job- then this same guy attempts to do my manicure- he attempts and the same sloppy application was being done-- i said something again-- they claimed it was the color that i chose -they then blamed it on my nail texture! NOPE!! it was all non professionals doing it! I was really annoyed at this point-3 hours there and still not a satisfactory job done-- then a young woman comes over with a nasty attitude and directs me to her station-- SHe too was blaming the color! she was slamming things around and speaking to me with disrespect -i then asked to not to disrespect me as a customer. ( oh and i have to mention that they all ( the workers there) started to talk in their language ( this made me furious and uncomfortable) this woman did my nails nice ( not like the other 2) so a total of 4 hours i was there and a horrible experience, they had the nerve to charge me!! i paid but i did not leave a tip-- ( 1st time ever did i not tip a nail technician) but i kept my ground for the sake of the disrespect that i got from all of them there. and the very unprofessional job that they did! 4 HOURS!!! i had to cancel an appoint that i had later on that day not knowing that this atrocity would happen. NO STARS. horrible experience. look elsewhere--

The old Seinfeld episode... You know how to make a reservation, but you don't know how to keep a reservation. Made an appointment for me and my sister to get pedicures. We got there 2:00 PM on time. It just be few minutes. The girl comes and said we can take ONE of you know. I told sis go first, I'll not getting polish, you'll need the drying time. 10 minutes ago by an I asked to go sit with my sister. And soak since it's only go to be a "few more minutes". 2:50 before anyone touched me. My sister is just about done, getting polish at this point. I'm like dry my feet. I have to go when see goes, she's my ride. "No, no, you sister got 15 more minutes till she done" Really? So your going to do mine rushed and still charge me full price? "No, no we take good care you". Sis it like I'll wait. Sure shooting I got a mini Pedi. I was done in under 20 minutes. Never again will I go there.

I went to this nail salon for years prior to Covid, never had a problem. I've been back 4 times back under the new owners. Second time there two of my nails chipped. I was close to my next visit so I just had him (Tom) to just shorten all my nails rather than lengthen two of them. This time I went in on a Fri and the next day, while doing dishes, my left ring finger chipped. When I went in on Sunday I thought he was going to fix the nail. What he did was to file it down to almost half the length of my other nails. While he was filing I told him that that was not what I was expecting, I could have done that at home. When I told the receptionist that I wasn't happy, he came up to the front and said " Mam, you didn't say thank you". I really think that if a nail chips the very next day it should have been fix not just filed down. BTW, I have neve had any nails chip before.
