I went today to do my feet and the pedicure was good until it came to the acrylic and polishing my toes the work was mad lumpy and when I told the owner she was expecting me to pay 55 for everything even tho the work was not good..when it came to pay the owner asked me to leave a tip after I complained and said the work is not good and it's clearly lumpy I was told that the lady spent one hour to do my toes and I explained to her that the work is lumpy and I'm not obligated to tip anyone of the work is not it I WILL NOT GO THERE EVER EVER AGAIN at the end the customer service was very POOR I do not recommend anyone to go there

First, I'm generally not a complainer but the workmanship of my gel French manicure is, sloppy. It's strange the base color is mis colored by the nail beds. I.e. darker and lighter in some spots and bubbles on some nails. I showed the lady that did my nails and she is ignored me. I then showed the cashier and asked if there is anything that can be done to fix it. She said it's supposed to look that way. I had my nails done a different place two weeks ago and that is not true. I paid and left.... I will not be going back and I recommend you don't go either. Steer clear and chose a different please!!

I used to be a consistent customer here, but after the experience I had today I will not be coming back. I went in for a pedicure and the woman they had do my pedicure must be new as I did not recognize her. She completely messed up my toes, made them different shapes and length and messed up the polish twice until I asked for someone else to fix it. Somebody else was kind enough to fix it but when I asked for the shapes to look the same she didn't fix it. The owner came to apologize while my nails were drying and when she saw my toes said she could fix them but I told her I couldn't stay there longer as I had my toes redone three times already and it had been over an hour and a half and I had somewhere to go. When I went to pay I said I don't think I should have to pay full price or I should be able to come in the next day to get it fixed when I have more time and she said I either get it fixed now or I can't come back and either way I have to pay full price. As someone who has been coming to this salon for 3 years it's sad to say I won't be coming back due to my horrible experience today. There is no loyalty to their customers, I suggest not wasting your money here.

despite the beautiful nail design photos here on Yelp, this salon is actually pretty run of the mill. I've been here twice. The first time I walked in and tried to get a nail design, but couldn't because I needed to make an appt for that. Fair enough. I got a simple gel manicure and it was fine. Good enough experience for me to want to come back. This time I made an appt specifically asking for Julie (the owner) because I wanted a nail design. I arrive at my appt right when they open (10am) and Julie reeks of cigarette smoke. Not a big deal but definitely not a good look for your business. I tell her I'm here for an appt with her and she said her assistant will take care of me instead. 1st red flag but ok....I was also getting a pedicure done so of course they start with the pedicure. The pedicure was done by one of the "regular" staff aka not Julie/her assistant (the other Korean woman)/ or Rosa the other good nail tech. It was a little painful but good enough. As I'm getting my pedicure done other women walk in and Julie gets busy doing someone's nails, then her assistant -who was supposed to do my nails- then Rosa. So the technician who was doing my pedicure ends up doing my manicure. Ok that's fine, I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and trust that she can do the nail design. As the manicure is happening, I'm thinking it's going fine. She gets to the nail art part and it's at best. After all that Julie swoops in at the end, as if checking to see if the nail art part was done yet and if it hadn't she would've done it but it was done already so- shes like oh looks nice :) and I'm like uh huh :( . It's not the technician's fault for my poor experience, it's Julie's. She lied and dismissed me and very clearly has a preference for clients who are getting more expensive jobs done. With that said, I got charged $2 per nail- which was not disclosed to me at the beginning nor was it posted on the price list. Plus the regular cost of a gel manicure and pedicure. All in all $80. And the worst part is that the pedicure got ruined that night - which has NEVER happened to me before. I've had pedicures last MONTHS and this one chipped/smudged that night. And the manicure chipped not even ONE WEEK after getting it done. Honestly. For the price I paid I would've thought of the nails would last at least AT LEAST one week. As for the review below about a rude technician rolling her eyes- I can vouch for that. That woman did my first gel manicure here and I definitely picked up on her attitude although I did not experience anything like Ridhi. I probably won't come back here. What a shame, it's so hard to find a quality nail salon in this area.

Had a manicure and pedicure there. This was the worst service I ever had. First of all I was cut on my finger and toe. Unacceptable!!!! My thumb was cut too close and the next day after working with buttons began to bleed. The other portions of the service all were inadequate. My advice stay away go somewhere else. You get what you pay for.
