G'Annas Hair Extensions Salon in Southbury, CT

I found G'Annas Hair Extension Salon about 5 years ago when I was looking to have my eyebrows tatoo'd. I called and got an appointment. I not only had my eyebrows done, but had her do highlights on my hair. I used to have my hair done at the most expensive place in Southbury and they never seemed to get it right. Since my first visit to G'Annas I've never looked back or gone to anyone else to have my hair done. Her salon is quaint, very professional and at the same time very personable. She's absolutely the best. Her prices are so reasonable and she also sells the newest and best products at a fraction of the cost you'd get at any other salon. I've never been happier than I am that I found her by accident - just looking to get my eyebrows done, which came out great might I add!! I promise you - you will not be disappointed when you go to G'Annas!! Make that call today and just watch her work her magic!!

After moving into the area, I saw this place on Groupon for a style, color, and cut, which sounded great for trying a place out.  I called in and made an appointment, and let them know I had a Groupon at that point which they said wasn't a problem.  

The actual appointment was ok at best.  The stylist helped me pick a color and let me know the ends would fade, which made sense for hair getting done, but was very displeased when I even asked basic questions.  I was getting my old blonde (faded from a long ago color) dyed to auburn.

When I got home, my roommates noticed immediately that I had blonde spots all though my hair just after my roots. When I called to ask them about it, the owner was very aggressive and tried to tell me that I didn't pay for a full color, just a touch up, despite the word touch up never ever having been used in the Groupon or by staff. She even said that they did me a FAVOR by dying my whole head. The stylist insisted that her dye job was "right on" and that if there were light spots, it's because my hair was too damaged for any color to take, passing her judgment before even having me come in for her to look at it.  They offered to schedule me in for four days later, if I was willing to pay for more product.  

Needless to say, I'm never going back, and I would warn anyone looking to get hair done far away from here.
