Best nail salon ever! They are clean, professional, and always do an amazing job. No salon compares to them, it is worth spending the extra 5$ for a gel manicure. Trust me!

Go here for an amazing professional sports like massage from Sam and the best gel mani from meticulous Joanne! I didn't want to share Sam because he's already hard enough to get time with but he is a gem and makes it worth cancelling my monthly massage membership because he has magic healing hands. He's the best new addition to this salon! Sam is five stars! Joanne is another gem here because she is a perfectionist and true artist! If you come in with a crazy design she has the skills to hand paint it to make a design look as good as if it was professionally airbrushed with a stencil. She is always laughing and so jovial and sweet I love her vibes!!! Joanne is 5 stars! I also love Steve and his service is truly putting clients first. He's such a nice guy and pleasure to do business with when booking appointments and makes it so easy. He works so hard here all the time...he even pitches in to help prep nails when all the techs are busy or when I'm in a rush, and so I truly appreciate him going above and beyond. And he always remembers my name and some personal details which is impressive. Steve is five stars. The one opportunity here is with the pedicures. The pedicures are not my favorite for a couple of reasons...either my nails aren't cut right, my polish smudges off bc it's too thick too ever completely dry or my feet are extra rough when I leave. There's also barely any massage included anymore but I can live with that. My biggest pet peeve is I go there with smooth feet and then I get home and put my feet up and my feet are so shredded they stick on the sheets or the fabric on a couch. Despite the pumice and multiple pedicures with all the extras they do not ever leave your feet smooth at all so I wind up having to fix rough edges at least it's been like this the past five times for me. Paying for a service when you have to do rework isn't the best experience so that would be the one thing that can use improvement.

Not anything like I asked for, bad quality work, pretty disappointed. I went here for the first time because of the positive reviews and recommendations, and my experience started off odd. When I walked in, everyone looked at me and then looked away and went back to doing their work, which does make sense, but no-one was at the desk to ask about my appointment. I pushed that away after I was sat down and given color options, only after 5 minutes of standing awkwardly at the door. When the lady sat in front of me, I showed her the picture and she said okay and that she can do it. She did a UV Gel fill on me, when I asked for a completely new set. I'm not sure about how this salon prices things, but I paid $60 for this fill in. When I left, my nails were very round and bubble-like. Very bulky on the top and shorter than what I'd wanted. There was polish on the skin around my fingers and when I went home, I filed down the edges. My nails are all different shapes, uneven, and the length is different on each nail. There are ridges and bumps along the top of the nail, which the picture doesn't properly capture. I know too well not to fully expect a replica from a nail picture off of Pinterest, but I wasn't expecting this bad of a flop.
