Don't get me wrong I love the place I always go here for my highlights and haircuts also my husband loves Kevin's haircut . I took my son last Monday to get haircut for his first day as a highschool student, I trusted the staff because I always get good service every time I visit them,but my 15 year old was very disappointed after the haircut. The lady I don't know her name, didn't follow the instructions and end up giving my son really bad anxiety as we already know teenagers. My son wanted me to give reviews for the lady that did his hair. Please mam don't do this again. You might not know. But you gave my son a bad impression going to salons
this salon is very dirty. the whole place is very unkept. hair all over the place. a spider crawled across the counter as I sat in the chair. the tools made very dirty. nothing is cleaned in between clients. the service is just as awful. the lady ruined my hair after straightening and I told her so. the whole process was a disaster and I should have walked out instead of hoping it would work out somehow. I literally had to shave off all my hair it was totally ruined. I've never run out crying of a shop before
I've been seeing Kevin at Fancy Salon for over a decade and he has always done a great job with my hair. I have always left it up to him to surprise with a new look of his choice and he has never disappointed me.
My daughter and I got our haircuts today and once again, Kevin worked his magic. We were both very pleased with the results.
He was finished with both of us in about 30-40 minutes. Quick and friendly service. I highly recommend!
I'm pretty happy about my hair cut experience at Fancy Salon. This shop has been here for 30 years. The staffs here are friendly and professional. My barber is Don, he is very nice and I like his skills. And I'm very satisfied with my new hair. I would recommend my friends come to try.
i went to get a simple trim and i got recommended kevin, he was rough with my hair, seemed like he was rushed and just did my hair wrong. it was so uneven i cried. i asked him to fix it and he got irritated and was even more rough with my hair. don't waste your time here. go to another place
