Europa Hair Salon in Randolph, NJ

This is the best hair salon around. Spressa is the best hair stylist I've ever been to! I've never liked my hair so much. She's so affordable and fair and does amazing work. She also gets it done quickly you don't feel like you've wasted an entire day. I look forward to going to see her and get my hair done now. Never going anywhere else!

Spressa is awesome. I bring my 7 year old son for haircuts here. She is great with him, especially since he won't let anyone even come close to cutting his hair. Highly recommend this establishment. Friendly staff, clean and appropriately priced.

Not sure that we'll be going back. My hair cut was much much shorter than expected. My daughters was not short enough! Mine will grow out. I had to fix my daughter's at home. Also the stylist are seriously distracted when cutting. Maybe we need a more old fashioned place. Nice people though.

This is a great salon. Not only is the atmosphere control, engaging, and fun, you walk out of there looking fabulous. Spressa and her staff are so talented. She's done my color and a color that I typically have never thought to have gotten. She gives a nice cut too. I have been to many salons in the area, and this surpasses all of them.

Went in for a wash, cut and blow dry. The cut itself was great but the service throughout left something to be desired. 1) started about 20 min after my appointment time 2) no frills hair wash just basic to the point wash and rinse (no lathering and scalp massage as it's rinsed out) 3) surprised to read in other reviews that Spressa was this kind, personable individual that even provided suggestions for some. I got total opposite of that. She was very short... She came off very demanding of how I wanted every aspect of my hair to be with zero input or suggestions even though I asked for her professional opinion. Then every statement in between was this snappy "I need you to keep your head straight" if I so much as looked down at my phone, which made me think she must be an amateur hair stylist to insist on that as much as she did. That was the first hair stylist I ever met in the 20+ years I've gotten hair cuts that ever made a point about that let alone to the point where you could see she was visibly frustrated. She had this not interested/ just business type demeanor... not friendly/ conversational at all. 4) a different staff member did my blow out (very nice btw) and while end result was a nice simple blow out, which looked great, I was surprised to see I didn't have any product like leave in conditioner added to my hair while my hair was damp. She instead added while my hair was dry. Another first for me as usually those products are best when your hair is damp. Had it not been for Spressa's attitude and the fact that it started way passed appointment time I might have considered coming back if I ever needed something basic / express considering I got in with a same day appointment. Felt lucky to walk out with a good haircut/blowout after all that tbh. But so not worth the crappy experience for such basic hair treatment.
