So helpful and clean! I have had facials here three times and every person I had was so knowledgeable. They explain every product they are using, what it is, and why it would be helpful for me. My skin comes out glowing every time!

Terrible customer service, and shotty haircut.

I have very mixed feelings about my experience. I rarely write negative reviews, but I have to be honest about this experience. I decided to treat myself to a massage, facial, and the deluxe pedicure after a year of battling cancer through the pandemic. I called ahead and booked all three services. The massage was supposed to be the October promotional special of the warm vanilla massage for $75. I had an older lady who was very sweet, but it was the worst massage I have ever had. It was obvious that there was very little training or technique, and there was nothing vanilla about the massage. The oil smelled bad and when asked what kind it was the response was it was mineral oil. She went through the motions from one part of the body to the other but there were just simple movements and no work. I have had many massages and I've never had a massage therapist start with the feet and then skip around from one body part to another. But the thing that bothered me the worst was that she wanted to talk the whole time. At one point when I didn't respond, she actually poked me and said my name twice and repeated her question which was what profession was I in. Very unprofessional. For the price that I paid I could not believe what I was getting. I had a facial next and it was with the same lady. And rather than sitting up or in a different position I had to lay in the same position. The facial was slightly better than the massage. But it seemed that there was a lot of time opening packages and retrieving bottles rather than the actual facial itself. There was no preparation ahead of time. There was a hard sell to come back and make repeated visits for more facials, and it seems that sometimes workers don't realize that we are all on a budget. The one saving grace was the deluxe pedicure. It was wonderful. If I ever came back here it would be only for a pedicure. I was offered the complimentary wine while I had my pedicure, but I was never offered the complimentary infrared sauna that was supposed to be Included with my services. There seemed to be a lot of confusion among the staff about what was actually booked. No one seemed to understand anything about the vanilla massage, and when I went to sit down for my pedicure the girl tried to tell me that I was also booked for a manicure. I was very clear when I made my appointments exactly what I wanted. The staff and front desk were very polite but indifferent. I did not make a big deal about anything when I left, and I left a 20% tip although I did not feel it was deserved. This was a huge chunk of change for a disappointing experience. Although the spa itself looks very nice and the bathrooms were clean, the massage room floor was not clean and very small and not very appealing.

Just had a Brazilian Blowout done by Joanne. She took her time, was so personable and my hair looks amazing. In fact everyone at this salon is so nice.
