I obtained a Groupon for this salon and was nervous to try out a new place. As soon as I entered this lovely salon my mind was at ease, everyone was so friendly and very helpful. Libby was my stylist and she is amazing! Libby listened to my concerns and truly gave me the best haircut I've ever had. No one there is pretentious and the salon is classy with a very calming atmosphere. I highly recommend Etre to anyone looking for a great salon. A shout out to Ashley who shampooed my hair while applying a great scalp massage!
They don't inform you that you have to sign a liability waiver. Let the client decide whether or not it is worth a visit. Full disclosure is a must. Only when appointments are set and you reach the salon, they hit you with paperwork. I will not go there again.
I visited this establishment for a haircut & blow-dry FOUR years ago. The haircut was fine...nothing spectacular. Recently a friend gifted me a Groupon for a haircut & blow-dry at Etra. When I called for an appointment, they refused to honor the Groupon as I had been there previously. My friend had no idea I had ever been to the salon before! ETRA told me I could come in & pay regular price or gift it to someone else! Why on Earth would I do that? Any establishment who will not honor a gift doesn't deserve my business. Neither me nor any of my acquaintances will visit Etra hair salon in the again. This just seems like a bad business practice.
Alisha, you're a sweet, precious, creative hair ARTISTE! I went in with a Groupon for a full head of highlights, cut and blow dry. I am so used to either the cut being good OR the color and was anticipating a measure of disappointment somewhere along the line as that's been my life of late. To my shock and delight, this is the BEST back of head hair I have ever had, the BEST cut I have ever had and the ashy blonde woven expertly throughout ----) all done by Alisha, made me feel great when I left! My hair never looked so healthy and beautiful!!! I promised her that I'd write a 5 star, rave review! From setting up the appointment with Sue initially until I walked out the door, just prior having met Lisa at the front desk after Sue left, everything was so smooth! I HIGHLY recommend this salon! Everyone was doing great hair! I met Libby and she was also doing a great job on her clients, too!
