Hands down the best Brazilian wax around. I've tried a few places since moving out of the city and Gloria is simply amazing! One of the best I've ever had! Already made my next appointment

First time here and really disappointing experience. I went for a simple arm wax. The lady I was with (Alina?) missed huge obvious areas of hair and when I asked her to go over the spots she said she didn't have time. Then she proceeded to tell me that they don't really do waxing in the Hamptons and that the lady at the front desk could refer me somewhere else. Rude and unprofessional! I left with patchy arms and complained to the front desk but they at least gave me half off the service. I wouldn't go back nor recommend :(

I really don't mean to be mean... but my experience may save someone's hair from being damaged... it was my first time visiting and I was getting an oval trim. Instead they did a straight cut. And just during the whole time my hair wasn't treated gently. The stylist would RUTHLESSLY brush my wet hair her scissors would keep getting stuck in my hair and she would reap my hair off to untangle the scissors... it was a very painful and damaging experience for my hair... never coming back and strongly do not recommend this salon for girls who care about the health of their hair. All nightmare cost me $40 Updated review: As the salon replied that they are not using metal combs, my hair still left out damaged I hoped it somehow be okay for my hair. But after the trimming about 2 weeks ago I can see broken strands curling and popping out all over my length after the stylist has ripped them... my hair used to be very smooth( will take months to recover and bring it back to normal. Sorry to the salon for such a review but I'm just still so sad that I have gone to that place my poor hair...((

I went for a Swedish massage. This was my first time there. It was a very basic, no frills massage. There was nothing special or extra. The masseuse did not really speak to me. The oils were unscented. No refreshments offered. Massage was standard

I came here with my daughter because I needed to get my lashes lifted and tinted because my lashes are very light. Sam attended me. She was very nice and did a very good job. While i was waiting for the glue to dry I asked her if she could tint my eyebrows a little bit and she put some tint on them only for a minute or two so they wouldn't be so dark. When she finished my eyelashes and eyebrows looked great. She did an amazing job! You can actually tell I have lashes now. All of the staff was very kind. The lifting lasts for about 8 weeks and the tint is for 5-ish weeks. I will definitely be coming back here to get my lashes and eyebrows redone. Definitely recommend!
