These people have poor customer service. I called to make an appointment for the first time and it's like they acted very unprofessional and racist. How sad and disappointing, really. Won't bother to ever call.
Last night I called and spoke to someone at this salon that told me Blow out start at $35 and they were booked for today but to come in around lunch and it wouldn't be a long wait. I arrived at 11:55 and was told to put my name down on a clipboard and someone will be over shortly to talk to me about what services I planned on getting. I waited over an hour. At 12:55 a women who had just walked in within the last ten minutes saw one of the hair stylist she knew and told her she didn't have an appointment and the hair stylist took her right back. At 1:20 someone finally came over to me,asked me what I wanted without giving a price and told me to sit in her chair. I asked to confirm the price prior to starting the services and for a wash and blow out it was $50 without a trim ( trim was an extra $5). I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone looking for a new salon to go to. They run their business in a unprofessional manner. I understand it's the holidays and it's busy but customer service should always be A1, regardless of the time of year. I will not be returning.
Came across this salon on Saturday. I called and had 10 minutes to get there before they weren't accepting anymore walk ins for the day! I made it! I waited only about 15 minutes honestly. I had taken protective braids out like over a week ago and left my hair a hot mess in a scarf for a week (bad I know). So my hair was horribly nappy & dry. I got my deep conditioning done. I got my trim which was done tastefully and just enough. Shenika worked with me as I am tender headed & my hair was NAPPY & knotted. . Came out looking like a new women. So thanks Shenika, I'll be back in a few months bc I never get my hair done consistently. Only reason why not 5 stars is bc they don't take card & I didn't know how much the service was. So I had to run to atm and then guess how much I may need.
