I cannot praise this salon enough! I was at my wit's end with severely damaged hair, courtesy of the iron-rich water wreaking havoc on my locks. Thankfully, I received a glowing recommendation for Lexci, and let me tell you, she truly works miracles! Lexci's expertise is unmatched, and she quickly proved why she's hailed as a hair savior. It's been a while since I've given love to my hair salon, Cynthia Roberts, and my amazing stylist and friend, Kelsey. During Covid-19, the salon has gone above and beyond to take the proper precautions to keep clients and employees safe. Prior to each appointment, they send a form that asks standard questions like whether you've been in contact with anyone who has been sick, whether you've experienced any symptoms, etc. Upon arrival, you call the salon from outside, where you are greeted with hand sanitizer and temperature checks. Inside, stations are appropriately distanced, with partitions between stations and masks required at all times. It's been a wild year and getting my hair done is a small luxury that makes me feel good, even if I'm currently only showing off my blowouts to my husband in the comfort of our own home. Many thanks to Cynthia Roberts Salon and its employees for doing such a great job in a difficult time.

I really like coming here. The stylists are up to date with hair trends and styles. The salon its self is cute as well. I love the rustic/antique feel to the place.

My favorite salon in the area! The staff is professional and welcoming, the facility spotless, and most important, I always walk out with confidence after getting my hair cut and styled. When it comes to the staff, they are some of the friendliest people I know. My stylist, Lisa, never hesitates to go above and beyond for me. On my last visit, I was late and she still made sure she fit me in and gave me a a beautiful cut. They use the best products as well, I never cease to be amazed by how healthy my hair feels after leaving the salon!

I SECOND THAT!!! As Michelle C stated, Kelsey is an amazing hair "artiste". I only wish I could afford to see her more often. I always feel amazing when I leave her chair. Just her technique alone is mesmerizing and unique. I have four kids and a husband. Haircuts can get expensive. So for years I paid the $14 plus tip for a "haircut" just to get the job done. I have long thick hair so visiting the salon once, at most twice, per year was always enough. That was until I started getting grey hair...Uhg!! Now I have to dye my hair. Ok, I thought. I CAN do this myself and save the money. Well my red undertones caused my hair to turn BRIGHT ORANGE!! Ahhhh!!! My mother-in-law recommended I go to Mimi and Kelsey's (back when). Kelsey not only cut my hair in ways I'd never seen before she was able to remove some of the excess color from my hair just by using a clarifying shampoo (a few times) so that when I left her chair I felt like a new me and I loved my new hair color. In the following days I received so many compliments. Everyone said I looked TEN years younger :) I LOVE Kelsey!! I have since let her dye my hair and it comes out perfect every time. The service is pricey, but worth every penny. Wish I could go more often. I am in serious need of a dye job now, but "Back to School" stuff ate up the budget. Oh well, I'll get there eventually and YOU should too :) You won't be disappointed :)
