Cutz Family Hair Salon in Jackson Township, NJ

Went to Cutz this morning and found the place empty except for one client who just finished getting cut. The woman there asked me what I wanted ( its a barber shop right?) I said a haircut and she proceeded to tell me she was too busy and had no time for me, appointments only!! there was no one else there, My wife was with me astonished...That is not what it says on your storefront signage. will make it my business to let people know how I was treated here this morning. Thanks!!! for nothing

I have been getting my hair cut short for over 40 years and the woman who cut my hair chopped it.It has been the worst haircut ever in my life.A few people have committed on how bad my hair looks.Cant even tell you how upset I am.I guess you get what you pay for.Beware!

If you are going here for a keratin treatment DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The reason they charge a low price is because they hardly put any keratin in your hair., or use an inferior product. My hair felt course and was curly after treatment. When I called to explain that my hair didn't feel right, Danielle gave me all kinds of excuses and even argued with me that it was my hair. I have been going to another parlor for the past 4 years and my hair turned out wonderful. I thought I would try this one out because it's closer to my home and the price was $60. BIG mistake. I guess you get what you pay for. Also, not once did she say come in and let me see what could be done. This happened 7 weeks ago and my hair still doesn't feel right.

If there is a negative rating chart and if there was a way i could give the most negative ratings, i would give that. This salon is the worst place anybody can go for a haircut. My 14 year old boy went today for a haircut. A person with blue hair gave him a horrible, totally disastrous hair cut and after he tried to ask her to correct it, not only did she refuse to help him but also with the help of the front lady asked him to walk out of the salon in 100 degrees, even before my husband could pick him up. What kind of salon is this where not only do they screw up but also try and abuse young kids ? I tried to call them back to get the name of this blue-haired woman so that i can file a police complaint and they slammed the phone down. I would definitely not recommend this place to anybody.

Awesome place for men, women and children! Its hard to find a place that is consistent but i have now. $12.00 is an awesome price for a haircut and its the same price for all genders. Now i assume women have added fees for various styles, color, etc. but as a man who has been here 3 times and brought his kids here as well.....its worth a shot. Staff is pleasant and the place is very clean.
