Excellent & friendly service! Very accommodating. No wait if you have an appointment. Relaxing vibe while you're getting pampered. This is my weekly heaven.
This was truly the WORST nail experience I've ever had. They say they close at 7:30pm and I go there at 6:05 and asked them to take off my gel manicure. They said they would repaint regular at no cost. They rushed doing my nails and messed them up so badly. They started cleaning up at 7:10pm and literally KICKED ME OUT at 7:29pm at which point they ruined my nails that weren't dry yet. They didn't tell me that they prefer cash only and don't take American Express. They are overpriced, rude and I would hate for anyone to have this experience getting their nails done. DO NOT GO HERE.

This spa has been a life-saver for me since Covid. I have received pedicures/foot massages, the occasional manicure, and full- body massages to ease the stress and strain of life. I have never been disappointed.
This facility is clean and cheerful. The staff is polite and very helpful. The spa is run in an organised fashion; when I make an appointment I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be served.
The entire staff acts in the most professional and respectful manner. And the clientele recognises the quality service. Every experience at the spa has been a positive one, from the friendly customers to the respectful staff.
I recommend calling ahead for an appointment, especially later in the week and on weekends as the place can get busy, especially around holidays

Besides the beautiful manicures, the space is clean and inviting, and everyone working there is friendly and caring. My husband and I have also had terrific massages at Cosmos. I highly recommend Cosmos!! You will not be disappointed.
I'll never go back again. They have no respect for their customers time. Even with an appointment you can wait an hour to have your nails done. And last time I went they stopped in the middle and started working on another customer! Beyond rude! Horrible place. No way to treat people
