The response from this business is unbelievable and takes zero responsibility. Anyone can clearly see why you should not spend your money here! #1. This account is under my maiden name, that's why you can't find me in the system. And why would I take my time to review an experience you're implying I didn't have? #2. The jets were not working. The tech who was doing my daughters nails even pointed and commented to my tech that they were not working. #3. I wrote in my first review that I DID tell him that he was hurting my cuticle. #4. You don't believe that my pain was initially worse and then subsided? This makes no sense. #5. Nail polish with top coat should last more than a day. I have done them myself plenty of times and they last much longer. #6. Don't lie...the metal tools that you use to trim cuticles are absolutely NOT disposable!! They were not properly cleaned and caused discoloration due to the fungus that I contacted from your salon. This place is an absolute joke. Way too many other places in Howell to go to...avoid at all costs.

I used to visit this salon pre-covid very often. They were new, very nice and really clean. I did the SNS dip polish, it would last forever. Now? forget it. They are still one of the cleanest salons around but now their prices are crazy high and they make you feel like they need to get you in and out so quick. i went a little while ago for the dip and 2 nails chipped in a few days. i went back again with my sister and we both got dip and a pedicure. I felt so rushed in both chairs. while the top coat was drying on my sisters toes, it started to bubble on her toes. It has been 11 days since our appointment & both of our toes chipped, she has had 3 nails pop off and 3 of mine have chipped. After spending a collective $140, and having these results? we will never visit the salon again.

I've had very mixed experiences at this salon. My first appointment was a gel mani and pedicure, came out alright but not the best I've had. I tried going to them a second time and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a salon! I asked for a squoval shape, just square with rounded edges. When I asked the nail tech to round out the edges she literally filed my nails into points....not even like a rounded almond but literal triangles. You have got to be kidding me?? At that point I said just forget the polish I'll have to go cut my nails down at home and wait for them to grow out. I asked not to be charged for the manicure....they didn't charge for gel but still charged for a manicure....and gave me $5 credit to my account. Honestly this wasn't fair to me. I tried going back one more time to get a simple dip powder manicure and use the credit. They applied the credit but the manicure wasn't done very well. One of my nails was two different shades of pink because she didn't get enough powder on it the first time. Needless to say NEVER going back.

I've been here before and had a great experience but this time was different. I was brought over to a chair and someone had started my nails. About 10 minutes in they made me get up because I guess her appointment came in. They took me to the pedicure chair and then was left waiting for a good 35 minutes before being serviced. The woman doing my toes didn't even say hello. She kept hitting my nails with with the UV light and messing up the paint. Unrelated, but the customer next to me was throwing a fit because they didn't have the color she wanted anymore and it killed the mood. My manicure was horrible. My cuticles were cut and she didn't even bother to buff or file my nails. The paint job is uneven and rough at the edges. The whole time I felt like an inconvenience and rushed. All in all I paid $75 for an professional job I could have done myself.

Visited here for the first time on Friday 3/5 after seeing the advertisement on Facebook. Purchased a hot stone pedicure and a manicure. Initially I thought the Salon was fabulous, clean well-maintained lots of colors for your nails. Extra unexpected services such as a neck and shoulder rub while your hands were placed in gloves filled moisturizer. Staff was professional and courteous all Covid restrictions in place. Unfortunately less than 48 hours later nail polish chipped on most fingers, almost completely off on one. Worse yet my right great toe is infected. Red swollen, painful I think related to incorrect removal of cuticle. I have not bothered to contacted the salon directly. I did not feel the need because they can't treat the toe infection and would only repolish my finger nails. Lesson learned, don't judge a book by its cover.
