Ruined my hair. It's orange. I went back to see if they could fix it and they tried to fix the 2 front pieces that were extremely orange but it didn't work (they did not charge me for the redo tho so at least there's that). Didn't leave the color on long enough and it was really bad, and now that it's been 2 weeks and v brassy. Paid $270 to look like Carrot top

CKC exceeded my expectations! The entire staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. The salon is super clean & beautifully decorated.
Ashley did THEE best Keratin I've ever had in record time, while taking her time. She is a hair magician I'm my eyes!
Giuliana was also very sweet & helpful with checking out & making sure I had everything I needed for post care. Both girls were very nice and made me me feel completely at ease. First time client & now a Forever cli

Highly recommend CKC Hair salon!
They use very high end products for Keratin Treatments and they last a long time ! I love the friendly atmosphere with a modern setting...
front desk is so nice and I love Alyssa the hairstylist! Price for Keratin treatment is less here than any other salon I've been to with such quality hairproducts !

I am SO impressed by the customer service at CKC. I want to especially thank the manager Guiliana for handling my concerns in a professional and timely manner. I had a pretty bad experience at the Stamford location in which I had spent around $400 and was unhappy with an unacceptable hair cut & keratin treatment that didn't take. So she set me up at the Fairfield location and fabulous Michael graced me with all his goodness and fixed my cut & redid my Brazilian blowout. I am truly appreciative!
