0 stars. Save your money and go to Chic Nails right down the street. I have never had a worse manicure. Manicurist was sloppy and uncoordinated and seemed to have poor eyesight (bad qualities for someone who does nails supposedly for a living.) Would have been better off doing my nails myself.
I was gifted a spa package for my birthday by my lovely significant other. It was for a one hour massage and one hour facial, and when I tell you, that was one of the best massages I've had in my life my life. It was a great way to welcome a new year of life. the facial I received was life-changing and made me definitely want to go back. As a result, I decided to gift my significant other a package for a facial massage for Valentine's Day and the process was less than rewarding when I called (as the website directed me to call) to set things up, Amanda picked up and acted like she couldnt help me finalize the order. I was told that I can place the order online to take advantage of the Valentines special...Now I'm pretty computer savvy. However, there is nowhere on the website I've could have done it, so she eventually took my order over the phone (which I found out was the way it was originally done for my birthday surprise, so iwhy did it feel like I was pulling teeth to get this completed with Amanda...I have no idea. Just goes to show that customer service is dead and I do not believe customers are always right. I felt like if some "changes" cant be made to Amanda's tone and attitude AND if my significant other has things to say about the facial/massage, this will be probably the last time we do business here. Update..my fiancé had a great facial/massage so maybe this was just a one off..
Too bad there isn't a minus 1.The owner needs a "change". I have heard over the years how harsh she is with employees, and I have felt the stress in the salon, but chalked it up to just having a bad day...until I experienced her rude, entitlement at an event yesterday. I will never step foot in her establishment again and I would recommend that if she is going to wear her "Changes" badge in public, she needs to change her attitude.
I always get professional service here! I've had massages and a haircut. I plan on going back!
Great service. Go to Daniel, who does a wonderful job. Always a lot going on there. I know they offer a lot of other services, but haven't done any of those yet.

There's no denying that balayage is having a moment. This modern hair coloring technique has taken the beauty world by storm, and it's easy to see why. Balayage is a French word meaning "to sweep" or "to paint", and that's exactly what the colorist does.
