I purchased a Groupon for a haircut. I had gotten Groupon haircuts before and have always had good service at other establishments. But I felt like the woman who cut my hair really just did not want me there at all. I felt like it was rushed, she was not attentive, did not listen to what I wanted, and made me feel like I was bothering her. I asked for a very common and easy haircut. She did not do what I asked. She tried sending me packing before she even finished the cut that I asked for. It was very embarrassing for me to have to say that she forgot to cut some of my hair. I felt like an after thought. I hated the cut. I got it cut the very next day at Silk. It looks a lot better and I love the cut I got from there. I will never being going to Cactus again. I hope that the people who cut hair with groupons realize that if the customer likes the haircut (even if it is a lot cheaper the first time only) they will be back for more. This left a completely bad taste in my mouth.

BUYER BEWARE!! My wife purchased a Groupon for a Keratin color lock, blowout and cut for $45. She called a few days prior to her appointment to tell them that she wanted a coloring (permanent) also. She was told it would be an additional $55. When the stylist finished the work (which WAS excellent) she received a bill for $150!! You need to be very careful since the bill will grow exponentially, without you realizing it, as you converse with the stylist (which I assume is the intent). So, in the end, she paid $200 for a color, highlights, cut, blowout and Keratin treatment. That may be an appropriate price, but it was NOT expected! The Groupon was a waste of money!

Looove it here! I used a groupon which was such great value! The stylists have a positive vibe too and you don't feel like everyone in there's watching you getting your hair cut. Also, I asked for a trim and they didn't cut more than an inch off unlike some salons!! I recommend Tara, she's professional, listens to what you want for your hair and gives great advice! Definitely coming back in the future!

Took my daughter here with a groupon for single process hair color, glaze and blow out. They were very nice but when the hair dresser was blowing out my daughter's hair she then told me she used a temporary color that I need to use special shampoo to keep it from fading. What? Really? Temporary? I could've done that at home. They should mention that In their groupon. Very misleading.

I've been getting my haircut here for years. My hairstylist provides me with the perfect haircut for my face. Even a month after a cut I continue to get compliments about how nice my haircut is. Short wait times and an effective scheduling system help too. It's about $40.00 a cut which is a medium price range for the local area.
