I don't recommended this place for woman. I asked for a trim and my bangs trimmed and she hacked off all of my hair And don't take credit cards She didn't listen a trim means just the ends

I have been here several times and always have a good experience. Let me start by saying that I do not think what happened with my hair was by no fault of any of the ladies here. I got my hair Keratin-straightened 6 days ago. My best friend used to get this done here and her hair always turned out fantastic. After waiting the 3-day, no-wash period I styled my hair to realize that about 50% of it had broken off at the root. There are millimeter-long spiky hairs covering my entire scalp starting at the hairline. I didn't have super thick hair to begin with and now there is substantially less. My hair has also been shedding out horribly since. I went back a few days ago to have everything addressed. I know that nothing really could be done with the hair loss, I will just have to wait for it to grow back - although I'm nervous as to what that will look like. The owner, after much inspection, would not agree that the hair had broken off. She tried to tell me that the spikes I'm feeling are from the bend in my hair from where it was straightened. This is not the case. If you look closely at my scalp you can clearly see the breakage. I asked before starting the process if the treatment was damaging and was told it isn't. All the others I've seen who have gotten this done here haven't turned out this way so I think it is something rare. I will say that the treatment did work as expected on my remaining hair - it is soft, straight, and i don't have to wash it nearly as often. However...thinner/less hair is not what I was trying to achieve. Again, I do not think anything was necessarily done wrong. But i would like it to be acknowledged that I lost a ton of hair, and more is still shedding out, rather being told something else just to cover themselves. Maybe partial reimbursement or offer to treat my hair until it is back to normal. I don't know. All i can say is the permanent bad hair day has really bummed me out all week. I set aside money for weeks to have this done and do not know what to do.

Was pleasantly surprised at how great my experience here was. I was a little fearful as the place doesn't look like much, but the service was wonderful. I showed up with no appointment and they were able to fit me in for a full highlight and cut. Eva, the owner assured me that she'd clean up my hair from a past bad chop, and that she did. They have someone there dedicated to washing your hair only and she does not disappoint. You get a nice lengthy scalp massage while she washes your hair. It was great. I also liked that they did not try to pressure you into buying any products. All in all, it was a great experience and I will recommend others there.

Amazing customer service and I got exactly what I wanted. The owner was so friendly and so welcoming my entire visit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I have gone here several times and will continue going. Owner is super, super nice and welcoming. She does great hairstyles on my daughter's hair without me saying anything, even though I am only there to get her a haircut. Nice, clean place!
