Got a facial done by Melissa,and let me tell you Melissa did a great job with me.She was very efficient and professional.this girl definitely knows what shes doing.

I have to start by saying how HIGHLY disappointed I am for going to this hair salon. I spoke to the owner of the hair salon about what I wanted, showed them pictures, and I explained that I had a bad experience before and that's the reason II was at this salon. She unfortunately didn't have the time to do my hair but called one her workers and I thought this person was trained and had experience, but I should've just walked out of the place as soon as I heard the owner telling her employee what number to use for the bottom, middle, and top of my hair. She clearly said 30 bottom, mid 20 and top 5, and when the owner was still there, her employee forgot that she made a mixture and the other mixture was prepared by the owner, and she put 20 bottom, which was not the order the owner said. Since I noticed the mistake, I asked both if they were sure it was not going to mess up my hair and both of them said no. After that, the owner left and while my hair was wet, it seemed good and I thought it was going to be great. But no! the lady left a clear visible line on top and the color was definitely not what I showed them, and on top of that, the lady who did my hair had the audacity of telling me that I was angry since the beginning! unbelievable.... I was disappointed when she mixed up the colors and did not even remember what she put on my hair... and on top of that, she said "I have never had a client like her" and before that she said "we all make mistakes!" but not with someone's hair! specifically, when the person had to go her office looking all ridiculous because someone did not pay attention to what they were doing! my hair is extremely important for me and I'm extremely disappointed, they were nice enough to say we are only charging 175.00 half of the price!!!! really half! I did not know I had to pay! to get my hair damaged!!!! i should've left with out getting charged anything!!! for the awful work they did on my hair and. I'm extremely sad and extremely disappointed in this place. She tried to fix it but still was not what I wanted.

First and last time coming here. I wanted a blowout somewhere close to my house and found this one so I booked online a week in advance. I go to my appointment at the scheduled time and they look at me like I'm crazy and try to tell me I don't have an appointment. Then she realizes I do. Right off the bat I was uncomfortable and felt extremely unwelcomed. Also, the worker was fixated on doing her own hair so it seemed like I was interrupting her. It was just an overall unpleasant experience and I will never return.

Had a great experience for my first time getting balayage from Mayra I believe was her name I was very satisfied with my hair and I trusted her with the process and recommendations she gave me me what look good on me which was phenomenal will definitely be coming back to this place again especially how clean they have the place made me feel safe with their covid protocols. Thank you ladies for your amazing service !

I went here for the first time yesterday with my boyfriend's mom as a last minute treat. I wasn't disappointed. My hair came out great and it was shiny and smooth. The place was also very clean and took all precautions.
