Beverly Nails and Spa in Swedesboro, NJ

I had a dip manicure, and although it looked great when I left, less than 24 hours later, the dip polish on one of my nails chipped and broke off. I went back the next day and they fixed it for no charge, and also offered to fix all of the other nails because you could see that the polish was too thin at the top of my nails. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to do it that day and the following day, another nail broke. I let it go, and when I returned a few weeks later for a new dip manicure, I was told by Hannah that I complained too much and she refused me service. I had been going to this salon for over a year and never had a problem so I assumed that the one manicure I received was just a bad one, or may it was the Polish. It happens. But to be treated so rudely is unacceptable and I will never return.

Literally worst nail salon i've been to in my whole life, my nails turned out so bad and where rushed the whole time. I had originally asked for a pedicure, and she had just painted my nails and I was fine with that, but she insisted on me getting a pedicure like the other people I went with after I had said no many many times. Then she charged me full price for it, and wanted a 20% tip.

I go to this place every 2-3 weeks to get a gel manicure. The techs there are so open to helping you, although they do like to rush you (but honestly you will find that just about any nail salon you go to). They are kind & try to get to know you, which I appreciate. I will continue to go back!

I am not sure why people have such bad reviews. I got the volcano spa pedicure. Worth it! So relaxing, so needed. Felt so good! Cleanliness was up to par. Very professional. Toes look great. I will be back!

I've been to this salon many times and have had some not so great experiences until I found Jenny. I called at 10:30 am and asked if Jenny had any openings. I was told she could take me at noon. I showed up a few minutes early, picked out a polish, and was told to sit in her chair. I waited for over 25 minutes before the owner's wife, Hannah, told me she would do my nails since Jenny had just arrived and started someone else's pedicure. Because I was on my lunch hour, I agreed. Big mistake! I went into the salon with long nails and came out with extremely short nails. Hannah laughed when she finished and said you told me you wanted long nails but I kept filing. Ironically during the appointment she was trying to get me to see other people besides Jenny. I told her I hadn't had good experiences with anyone else there. She said I should schedule with her since she was really good. Meanwhile she was so preoccupied with speaking her other language to everyone else, she forgot what I wanted and I ended up with no nails at all. I went in because I had an event this weekend and wanted my nails to look good. Unfortunately, they look anything but good. She knew I wasn't happy and didn't even offer a slight discount. She just told me to come back and see her in two weeks. Not a chance, Hannah, not a chance.
