ARIA NAIL BAR in Fort Worth, TX

First time here and I loved it. So nice inside. David at the front was such a character, made the experience fun for me and my friend. Complimentary drink okurrr. Also Cindy did a great job on my dip nails. Definitely coming back

Did my nails here 2 weeks ago and had to go back today to get them done because they were breaking. Figured I'd give a second chance. I took a photo of what i wanted and chose colors. The person that did my nails, I believe her name was Mindy, was very rough with my hands, wasn't careful filing my nails and even cut me. I was told designs were extra which i was fine with. But I was already upset with the poor job she was doing. I mean if u cant do what i show you just say so. I would have preferred just a plain color. It was all just a hot mess. I will not be returning. i'm sure these nails wont last anyhow. Very thin, very poor job and very expensive considering what she did. A friend of mine did the exact same design with another tech and was charged $48 and I got charged $85!!!! That was $5 per nail design. Thats a complete rip off. If it would of been a good job I wouldn't have minded the price. I've been doing dipping nails for a long time and this is beyond ridiculous. Update: not even 24 hrs and nail chipped. u can see how sloppy job was in last photo

I probably won't return. During this pandemic, I expect a little more sense of sanitation than immediately jumping back into normal. The staff was friendly and wore their mask. However, I can't say the mask completely covered their nose and mouth. They do have an unlimited bar. I was asked to sit and wait in the pedicure chair without them cleaning it or sanitizing it prior to me sitting down. My pedicure was good and my dip was rushed and not done very well. This was my first experience and probably will be my last. I was hoping it was going to be awesome since I live so close.

I come here every couple of months to get a pedicure but this time I decided to get a manicure as well as a birthday gift to myself. What a waste of money. For one I was shocked that both my pedicure and manicure was $150 and no extra nail or design was added. And for 3 days later for both my nails and my toes peel off. I have never in my life had gel nail polish peel before... ever. It literally looks like regular nail polish on my toes. Doesn't help that even after two coats I can see my nail through the polish on my fingers. Customer service was amazing though, I do have to say. They even came back around to ask if I wanted a second drink, I've never had service so great. And everyone was extremely nice. It makes me hate to even leave a bad review but the quality and price is a no.
