Ting did such an amazing job on my nails! I called last minute and she was able to squeeze me in before my bridal shower and absolutely delivered on my hombre nails. She was very attentive and made sure I liked it every step of the way. Would highly recommend. Thank you, Ting!
I am not a typical customer of a nail salon, but my doctor suggested a manicure to help me stop biting my nails. So I said why not? I called and booked for a specific day and she got me in right at opening that day. I opted for a mani-pedi (to treat myself while I was already there), and the foot and shoulder massages they gave were an amazing addition! The massages were better than at an actual masseuse! Anywho, I went there for everything (besides the actual fancy nails, really) and Annie's truly delivered. I might be back next month...
I've been to Annie's Nails salon several times as well as other salon's for pedicures. mostly. My recent pedicure was most disappointing. I had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time, which wasn't a big deal. My problem was with the technician who did the pedicure. He was very rude and unprofessional. He was commenting, I believe, on my feet and looked afraid to clip my nails. I'd been there approximately 8 weeks prior for a pedicure, so it's not as if I don't take care of my feet. He was making grunting sounds as he was clipping one of my nails, leaning away like a grenade was about to detonate! He laughed with the technician next to him and then got up to get a file of some sort. I felt embarrassed as he made me feel like a freak. I've never had anyone act so unprofessional or make comments about my feet! I couldn't help but think of the Seinfeld episode when Elaine believes the techs are making fun of her!
I'm hesitant to return to this salon, but if I do, I'll be sure to not have Jason! There are plenty of other salons where I can spend my money. This experience was not the relaxing one I'm used to when I go for a pedicure.
