As per the owners review, you can see how argumentive he is. I am a very pleasant person. It is sad that after my family and I have been loyal customers for years, he will go and treat us like garbage. I have added a couple more pictures on what others have to say about his behavior. He is a bully and disrespectful. As per no longer welcome honey, I will never go back to that place even if you pay me. I have a video and recording on how everything went down, and I will not be afraid to use it to expose this narcisit. If you are a business owner, you must know how to treat your clients.

I have been going to Ananda Salon and Spa for years now. Steph P is the best hairdresser I have had in this country yet. She is professional, thoughtful and listens to what you ask for. She knows hair color and is a wonderful stylist. She is exceptional. I can't say enough wonderful things about her and Ananda Salon and Spa. Thank you Steph. Katherine. :)

I've been a customer of Ananda since opening. Stefania does a beautiful balyage and cut for me every visit and in a timely fashion. She's extremely talented with color and happy to provide input/ideas to change things up if you ask. My daughter is seen by Stephanie who also does a great job and is super patient and caring with my little one. They both make a great team. The salon's interior is beautifully styled and provides a calming atmosphere. It's always meticulously clean and the music is chill.

I've gone to Ananda Salon and Spa since it's opening! I've followed Carla, Sharif and the team since their original location at Carla's Hair Salon. After the height of COVID, when they opened Ananda Salon and Spa I knew I had to go! The moment you walk into the salon you are greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. Then you are promptly taken to the seat and your treatments begin. I've always had my needs met and they've listened to every detail that I have wanted from start to finish. I also never felt obligated to do any services like other salons. Stefania has been my hair stylist for about 10 years at Ananda's and I absolutely love her! They also use Aveda products which I love and often purchase my home Aveda supplies from them.

I wish I could say this was a pleasant experience, but now I understand why some of the other reviews are negative. They need to work on their customer service and make new people feel welcome. FYI, I was asked to leave a review and the owner didn't appreciate my honesty and said that I "demanded" to be seen right away. That is incorrect. I "demanded" nothing. Even though I was barely greeted, I stood there quietly and patiently waiting and looking over the products that were on the shelf. Anyone who knows me can verify that I'm not an unkind or demanding person. And anyone who doesn't know me can read all my reviews and see that. I did arrive 10 minutes early, which I didn't think was unfair. My appointment was at 2:45 and I was told at 2:43 that I was "early", so I waited a little longer and finally left because it was obvious that I wasn't welcome. I did find a nice salon with great service elsewhere.
