2w Hair Bar in Riverdale, NJ

wanted to live. Owner touched up my roots which lasted 2 weeks. k asked for lighter color but she insisted the color she used was correct. now friends are asking me why I darkened my hair. Cut was not good and I called to speak to Nicki. as I am traveling from NY and used her in my daughters recommendation. none of her employees would allow me to talk to her and texts went unanswered. just wanted. few clips to fix the cut that even my husband found unsatisfactory . it's just the right thing to do to respond . It tells alot when people or businesses dismiss patrons Wish you all the best but just beware . I'm hurt and saddened by this. my hair looks horrific.

I would like to say a big thank you to Jolie at the 2w hair bar in Riverdale!! She is fantastic. I care for this older gentleman we were looking for a place for him to have his hair washed and cut. I found this place on the internet. She was so kind to him made him feel like he had been coming there forever!! She is so kind and caring. I would recommend 2w hair bar on Hamburg turnpike in Riverdale every time. Thank you Jolie

I don't know where this place has been all my life, but I'm so glad to have finally found them! Jolie gave me the best haircut ever, and was just what I needed to start my new job with confidence. Can't wait to go back!

OK let me start off by saying Josh is amazing. I have dark brown/almost black hair, and I've never gone lighter before. I had wanted to try balayage for such a long time, and eventually go for a more drastic blonde look, but was always too afraid it was going to look bad or not colored right to look good with my skin tone/other dark features. I found 2w Hair Bar after polling other folks in a neighborhood Facebook group about where they go for balayage and color services. Several recommended this place. And now I see why! I've been to Josh twice so far in the last 6 months or so - the first time he did an all-over hand-painted caramel balayage, which I LOVED. I've never gotten more compliments on my hair (by total strangers) than I did after I got that done. The second time, we moved on to an all-over foil and lightened it up even more. I was suuuuper scared but figured it's just hair and I could always change it if I hated it. But I loved it! A close (but very opinionated) friend of mine said I have a "blonde bombshell" look going on and I knew I made a good choice. Love the decor of this place - it's updated, on trend, bright and clean. They offer coffee/tea/water while you're getting your service done so that's a nice touch. Maybe some bubbly in the future, guys? :) It's a popular place to get hair done, so it might be a little bit of a wait to snag an appointment, but it's worth it. It's hard to find a stylist who you can trust with your hair but I'm glad I gave Josh a shot. He's absolutely fantastic (and also hilarious so I don't mind spending 2-3 hours in a chair chatting away with him). Thanks Josh! See you soon-

This is the best hair salon around. The salon itself is BEAUTIFUL. Josh goes an amazing job and he is such a friendly hairdresser. It is always a great experience at this salon-I highly recommend going here. Nikki and her staff are so sweet and professional.
