Been there in the past for a massage, and received a few gift cards in the last year to be able to go back. Been pretty displeased to find that I've called 4 times on 4 different busy days during their posted hours and no one answered the phone. Impossible to book a massage if no one answers the phone.... Finally got through to someone and she said she'd get back to me with available times that week. Never got a call back, but got a text with an appointment booked that I never confirmed (during a time a couldn't do because of work) and then , surprise, called back to cancel and no one answered... not the happiest

My wife has been going here for years. She is always treated well, like family and has, in fact, become friends with many of the fine folk here.
Years back I needed to find a place to get my hair cut, and local barbers were not cutting it (ok poor pun) and I have been coming ever since.
I get a hair wash, a glass of wine, or coffee, and treated very well! Like family, certainly a good friend of the family. I now buy hair product from them as well!
