05 Nails in Bryans Road, MD

The way I was treated today was by far the worst i have ever been in life. I had a 5pm appointment to get my dip power full set an a pedicure in which I do every two weeks. I found this shop on google about 5 months ago as I had just moved to the area. I looked at all the reviews and still decided to check them out for myself. On first impression Andy an May were very nice and inviting, I was impressed by the service provided. Even went home an talked every highly about my experience. Now today was a different story, I went in for my appointment got my feet done and set down to get the rest of my service done by May, mind you Andy is the one that usually does my services as May isn't very skilled on hands. Andy was busy finishing up another customer so I let her get started. She started to file my nails, I stop her on the second finger and let her know that she was filing them to short because I wear them long. She stated that my nails was uneven and that she was making them even. I stated that they are all the same or similar. She then push away from the table saying very rudely that Andy can do them. I over heard them talking in the back, once Andy return he says you went somewhere else is why your nails are uneven very rudely. (They were closed for a week because he was sick so I couldn't get my regular appointment) I stop the service right then and there. These are my hands an my money, the way they addressed this issue I'm surprised they are still in business. To make a long story short Andy an May have left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be going back. they then charge $50 for a pedicure. I had to call the police it got so bad all because i asked her not to fIle my nails shorter then I like.. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was more (May even got in my face) but it would be an even longer read... Save your money an GO SOMEWHER ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are over priced &' i got my nails done to go on vacation &' i took a shower .. and my nails easily started to come off, i will never ho back there !

The door states they open at 10:00am. I was here at 10:15am and they were not opened. Here it is 11:08am and still not open. Terrible business practice! I used to like this place but they have gone down hill recently.

I came as a Walk In to this salon; have never came to this shop before. I only needed to take the Gel polish off my nails and a Cut down. The Nail Tech started my nails and as soon as another customer came in, she stated that the customer already had an appointment. She should've never started my nails if she had an appointment!! Bad Business PERIOD!! I walked out without getting the services I requested.

NEVER GO HERE. I REPEAT NEVER GO HERE. I came on Sunday and actually thought I had a wonderful experience. I got a pedicure, fill and eyebrows. However, once I got home I realized there was still small hairs left under my eyebrows as if I didn't get a wax. Then after 3 days my gel nail polish which was on acrylic nails began to chip. So like any busy mother I didn't have time to make it during the week, however I came in on a Saturday afternoon to get my nails repaired. I asked that all of my nails to be repaired and the woman stated I would have to pay. I stated I would not pay again when I was charged $20 extra for gel polish which chipped in less than a few days after getting them done. So then a male gentleman comes over and continues taking the polish off of my nails. I state this is ridiculous that I have to go through this when you all should be providing a service. He states to me are you going to continue to talk, I can take a cigarette break if you continue to do so. The nerve this man had. Then he tells me he had a 3:00 appointment and would be unable to finish my nails. I stated you will finish my nails now because he had already taken polish off of 2 of my nails. I requested I get a full refund for my nails or my nails to be done immediately. He refused so I called the police. Long story short. I have never been treated so rude and have had gel polish chip on over 7-8 of my nails in less than 2 week. I will never go here ever. I should have listened to the other unsatisfied customer reviews when I read about this place. Drive a few additional miles up the road and get your nails done in Accokeek.
